This Web site is offered to you, the "User," conditioned on your
acceptance without modification, of the terms, conditions, and

form is true and complete. I authorize GetFactored.com and any
financial institution to whom GetFactored.com provides this information
to check my credit, to answer questions regarding their credit
history with me, and provide that information to credit bureaus
and to return their decision to me via the GetFactored.com system.
I understand that financial institutions may keep this form, whether
or not I am qualified for factoring with them. I acknowledge that
this is NOT an application for credit. I understand that I may
have to complete an APPLICATION with the factoring company before
they will extend me an official offer.

and factors participating in this Web site (the "participating

of law principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
